Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for full-price items within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Final Sale Items

All items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully, as we do not make exceptions to this policy.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please visit our Returns Center at https://www.knowlesshoes.com. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. Our online system will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Processing

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process it. After processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. The cost of your original shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed through our Returns Center. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

International Returns & Duties

For international orders, we are not responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes associated with the return. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange for a repair, exchange, or refund. Please note that normal wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery, is not considered a defect.

Return Shipping

A prepaid return shipping label is provided for your convenience through our Returns Center. The fee for this label will be deducted from your total refund amount. We recommend using the provided label to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without a tracking number.
